While women face visible barriers, men from low-income and unstable backgrounds also struggle silently — with unemployment, addiction, emotional suppression, and lack of role models. Our men’s empowerment work focuses on building responsibility, self-worth, and mental health.
What we do:
-
Counseling and peer mentorship programs for unemployed or at-risk men.
-
Skill-building and job placement support.
-
Workshops on positive masculinity, gender sensitivity, and mental wellness.
-
Community projects where men take active leadership roles in change-making.
