Change doesn’t last unless it’s owned by the people. That’s why we invest in local leaders, community groups, and informal workers — helping them find collective solutions, demand their rights, and take charge of their development.
What we do:
-
Train community volunteers in basic legal literacy, health awareness, and facilitation.
-
Work with local panchayats, NGOs, and anganwadi workers to strengthen delivery of schemes.
-
Run data collection and survey projects that give visibility to local needs.
-
Host “Community Action Days” where locals identify, plan, and solve issues together.
